How do you guarantee delivery dates?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) for engraving. However, our workshop can work from high-resolution sketches or digital drafts. We verify alignment before production.
Once we approve your digital proof, your order is locked into a physical production slot. We do not overbook our workshop, ensuring your awards arrive before the ceremony.

Yes. Because we source raw lumber and oil our walnut by hand, we can mill custom dimensions for plaques and trophies to suit your specific ceremonial requirements.
For large corporate or academic orders, we can ship hand-polished material samples of our solid walnut and deep-etched brass so you can feel the physical weight.
